1. About Us
Elemental Embodiment is operated by Kyzam (the "Company", "we", "us"). We provide a digital community platform, practice library, and personal development content accessible via this website. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Membership
Membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the tier you select. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
3. Compassion Space
If a payment fails we do not immediately remove your access. We provide a 14-day grace period during which your membership remains active while you resolve the payment issue. After 14 days without a successful payment, access will be suspended until payment is made.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform in a way that is respectful to other members. You must not post content that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful. You must not share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards without refund.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including written material, audio recordings, practices, frameworks, and community tools — is the intellectual property of Elemental Embodiment. You may use the content for personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
6. Health Disclaimer
The content on this platform is for personal development and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or physical health concern, please seek support from a qualified professional. By using this platform you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.
7. Affiliate Programme
Members of the affiliate programme earn commission by referring new paying members. Commission is 20% of the first month's payment plus 10% recurring for 12 months per referred member. Commissions are paid manually on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in programme removal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemental Embodiment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
